I'm inventing, but with a little effort you can assume that 'abobalado' is an adjective or participle to "make resemblance to a bobalías", or perhaps it's an error that has something to do with ababol ("poppy", "distracted"); and the prefix ?' da-' is not Spanish, it could be a mistake by de- or di- .
